Preparing your order
Every order is packed in Paris and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Shipments come with a tracking link sent by email, which you can use to follow your parcel until it reaches you.
Delivery options and prices
Mondial Relay delivers to a pick-up point, where you collect your parcel. Colissimo delivers to your home address. Free delivery applies once the amount of your purchases reaches the threshold shown for your destination.
- France, Mondial Relay pick-up point: €5.90, free from €100 of purchases, about 3 to 5 business days.
- France, Colissimo home delivery: €9.90, about 2 business days.
- Europe and United Kingdom: €12.90, free from €200, about 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of the world: €29, free from €500, about 5 to 8 business days.

Customs and import charges
Outside the European Union, for example in the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States, import duties, taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or in the delivery cost. The amount and the way it is collected depend on the country, so check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your order without giving a reason. Before the end of that period, write to le.vetement.paris@gmail.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The item must be unworn and in the condition in which you received it. The price and the standard delivery cost are refunded within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used. Keep the proof of postage for your return until the refund has arrived.
